COSP is a membership program for Windows 2000 or XP. Its use is intended for tracking, sorting, and generating reports for donations and other monies collected throughout the year. It was created for church oriented organizations; however, it can be used for any organization that needs to manage collections from its members.

COSP generates a database file containing the members’ information which includes name, address, phone and a section for notes. It also maintains records of all donations made by each member and what the donation was for. All information within the database can be searched and filtered to achieve a desired result. COSP will generate reports based on your selection which includes membership reports, accountant reports, and query reports. COSP can generate an address data file from the members’ information that can used to create mail merge documents, addressing envelopes, labels and stickers.

Since many churches and charity organizations use volunteers to work with membership information, mistakes can easily occur. COSP was designed to be easy to use. A volunteer could start entering in donations after 10 minutes of instruction. There are different password protected levels in COSP, keeping personal information private. All member information, passwords, and data is encrypted into a single COSP database file, which will have a .csp extension.

COSP in Standard mode, allows entry of donations while keeping personal information hidden. It has a Rapid Search input box which accepts the member's initials and quickly displays a list of members matching those initials. Double click on a member's name to bring up the donation entry window.

COSP in Executive mode will display all information for the current member. Information can be added, deleted, or changed in this mode.

Data can be filtered and sorted in a variety of ways.

COSP can print reports from the member database based on your selections. Here, the Member Statements option is selected. You can choose to print one, several or all member statements.

COSP can also generate a mail merge file using the name and address information. You can then use your word processor to print envelopes or label stickers.
